TSAUNDERS HOLDINGS LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OneStack mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). When you use the app, you may choose to store information including subscription details, bill information, vehicle data, and documents. All data you enter is stored securely and associated with your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the OneStack service. This includes storing your data so you can access it across sessions, sending you reminders and notifications you have configured, and processing receipt images through AI services to extract information for your convenience.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. Your authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

AI Receipt Scanning

When you use the receipt scanning feature, your receipt image is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. The image is used solely to extract text and information and is not stored by the AI provider beyond the processing request. We recommend not scanning documents containing sensitive information such as social security numbers or full credit card numbers.

File Storage

Documents and images you upload are stored securely in our cloud storage. Files are private and accessible only to your account. You can delete any uploaded file at any time through the app.

Notifications

If you grant notification permissions, we schedule local notifications on your device to remind you of upcoming bills, subscription renewals, vehicle maintenance, and document expirations. These notifications are generated and stored locally on your device.

Your Rights

You have the right to access all data stored in your account through the app. You can delete individual items or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

OneStack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
