1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OneStack mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by TSAUNDERS HOLDINGS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

OneStack is a life management application that helps users track and organize subscriptions, bills, vehicles, documents, and receipts. The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

OneStack offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to core features with usage caps on the number of subscriptions, bills, vehicles, and documents you can track.
• OneStack Pro (Monthly): $4.99 per month. Provides unlimited access to all features, including AI Receipt Scanner, Shared OneStack, and Annual Wrapped Report.
• OneStack Pro (Yearly): $29.99 per year. Provides the same unlimited access as the monthly plan at a discounted annual rate.

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers before the next billing cycle.

6. Subscription Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate as your current subscription.

7. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your selected payment method. TSAUNDERS HOLDINGS LLC does not directly process, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, and select OneStack.

9. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for OneStack Pro at our discretion. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

10. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and adding data to the App.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Not use the App to store, transmit, or share any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the App.

11. AI Receipt Scanner

The AI Receipt Scanner feature uses third-party artificial intelligence services to extract information from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the extracted information will be completely accurate or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all scanned data. We recommend not scanning documents containing highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, full credit card numbers, or banking details.

12. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising purposes. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

13. Shared OneStack

The Shared OneStack feature allows you to share specific items with other users. You are responsible for the items you choose to share and with whom you share them. We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from shared access to your data.

14. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the App.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TSAUNDERS HOLDINGS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSAUNDERS HOLDINGS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any data stored in your account may be deleted after termination, subject to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which TSAUNDERS HOLDINGS LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the applicable jurisdiction.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
